New Sidewalk 4-28-10

The guys putting in the new sidewalk were great! They even worked around us being a little creative and let us play in the cement. We added colored glass and each childs hand print ....

I love it! Thanks also goes to my friend Stephanie who came over to help me put all the glass pieces in place before the cement started to set up ( which was pretty fast ).Your Awesome =)

New Sidewalk WIP

YEAH! I am absolutely thrilled the city is putting in new sidewalks... cant wait!

Cabled Scarf WIP

Started my very first cabled knitting project. The directions were the biggest challenge in getting started I think. Im just starting to see some real progress and am having more fun with it as I go along! Cant wait to see the finished product and am planning to do this same pattern in another color for a gift. Nothing like getting started early!
