Knitting Mystery Writer: Maggie Sefton, and her newly released book... "Skein of the Crime". She was very down to earth and had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed her talk and her sharing her literary and personal experiences with us. She encouraged any one that had a talent for story telling and gave some tips on how to get started in writing. It was an all around pleasure to meet her!
She went on to tell us that she had been a Historical Fiction writer many years before starting on these books, explained how much fun it is to kill people on paper, and coming up with the colorful characters that have a life of their own. If the fans fall in love with the characters ....thats what sells books. It was all very exciting.
